Very friendly and helpful staff during our entire stay 😊. The rooms have been recently given a makeover and they are so luxurious, with a fancy modern shower. the floors are kind of slanted, which gives this place a cool charm.

The luxury hotel is situated in a particularly good position in a peaceful garden. The lovely cream blankets provide warmth and coziness.- The location is just off a sheltered bay, with a beautiful lake in the building formerly used as an abbey.- It is conveniently located right by Le Prieuré de Talloires.

This is a superb 4 star hotel, with high quality professional staff, wonderful food, and charming rooms in a restored abbey. The location is in a small village on Lake Annecy with good access to restaurants and water activities.

The property was charming old with top-class staff. The location was quiet and absolutely perfect, adjacent to a local cafe for good coffee and croissants, Annecy itself, and the lake of Annercy, in a fairly nice area. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was exceptional...

We had an amazing stay at the Abbaye De in Talloires. The property was absolutely gorgeous, with its beautiful old abbey and stunning location by the Annecy lake. The rooms were not only comfortable and luxurious, but also impeccably clean. The staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and we enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden. The spa was fresh and cosy, perfect for relaxation. And of course, we couldn't resist the fantastic swimming in the Annecy lake right outside the hotel. Highly recommend it for a nature-filled getaway.
Cannot find any fault. 😊

Beautiful location- stunning views. The hotel staff friendly, helpful, the people of the village delightful. The Abbaye itself a beautiful historic building - very peaceful and relaxing either in the gardens or by the jetty in front of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and definitely recommended.

The location and the building
Very disappointing experience. Restaurant closed for 2 out of the 3 nights and no lunches either. Refused tea in afternoon as staff were all being trained! When told that was not acceptable the staff concerned came out of the training. Seemed as if hotel was geared for big weddings and not fully staffed in week until June 1st.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the well-informed staff and the historical ambiance of the hotel. The food and wine in the dining room were outstanding, and a visit to the wine cellar was educational. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast was of high quality and the location was worth the drive.
Felt very lucky, no reason to complain.
